Broadway Platform Debuts BroadGuard for Enhanced Risk Management

Broadway Platform has unveiled BroadGuard, a risk management tool designed to provide real-time player risk profiling across more than 60 parameters. Announced as part of its broader platform ecosystem, BroadGuard is engineered to enhance data analysis and operator decision-making.

BroadGuard's capabilities include player fingerprinting and profiling, capturing data points such as IP address, device geolocation, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and browser details. The key feature of BroadGuard is its ability to consolidate operator data within a single back office environment. It facilitates efficient reporting across payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals, and behavioural indicators. BroadGuard employs a sophisticated rule engine to score players based on identified actions and risks. Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, stated that one of their primary objectives was to lower the fraud ratio below 1%. The company achieved this target in challenging environments, notably in Mozambique and Ghana, by also reducing the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio by 10%. This improvement not only strengthens risk management but also enhances overall operational efficiency and provides a safer player experience.
