Casino Guru Launches Automated Safety Index Reports

Casino Guru has introduced Automated Safety Index Reports, a feature providing regular updates on Safety Index scores for casino operators, complete with improvement suggestions. This tool is available to casino operators who have an account with Casino Guru. After setting up, operators can request their managed casino brands be added to their portfolio and configure report settings accordingly. Casino operations can determine the report frequency: monthly, quarterly, biannually, or yearly. Additionally, reports can trigger when a Safety Index changes by a chosen amount.

Reports are sent as PDFs to the email associated with the operator's Casino Guru account, ensuring each casino brand under a representative's management receives a separate document. Currently, Casino Guru manages around 6,000 casino representative accounts, and this number is expanding.

Benefits and Structure of Safety Index Reports

Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru, emphasized the advantages of these automatic reports. He noted:

"Automatic delivery gives casinos a clearer and more consistent view of how their brands are performing."

Operators receive insights on factors affecting their ratings, such as unresolved player complaints, unfavorable terms and conditions, and restrictions that may compromise player safety. Each report clarifies Casino Guru's position on these issues and suggests practical steps for resolution.

Impact and Adoption

Following the recommendations and adhering to the Fair Gambling Codex can significantly elevate a casino's Safety Index and its ranking within Casino Guru. More than 700 casinos have already improved their terms and conditions in response to the feedback, enhancing their safety ratings and reputations.

The Automated Safety Index Reports are part of Casino Guru's commitment to fair gambling through transparent communication with casino partners. This feature was initially part of the affiliate model, but increased demand from hundreds of partners motivated the transition to automation.

Future Developments

Casino Guru intends to refine the Automatic Safety Index Reports based on operator feedback. Plans include adding features like instant report requests, with delivery within minutes.

Dolný highlighted:

"We wanted to establish an ongoing feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time. These reports make collaboration between our partners and us more focused and efficient."

Casino operators are encouraged to leverage these tools to stay proactive in enhancing their operational safety and reputation within the industry.
