Casino Guru launches Automatic Security Index Reports
The new feature provides operators with regular reports on their security index and measures to improve it.

Casino Guru has launched Automatic Security Index Reports, a tool that provides casino operators with regular updates on their security ratings and recommendations for improvement. Available to representatives with a Casino Guru account, it allows them to add the casino brands they manage to their portfolio. It can be configured from the reports settings section. Currently, Casino Guru has around 6,000 casino representatives, a number that continues to grow.
Operators can choose the frequency of these reports: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. They can also opt to receive a report each time a casino's Security Index changes by a specific value. Reports are automatically sent in PDF format to the email associated with their Casino Guru account. For those managing multiple brands, a separate report is provided for each casino in their portfolio.
Martin Dolný, Training and Development Specialist at Casino Guru, stated: ">Automatic delivery provides casinos with a clearer and more consistent view of their brands’ performance. Instead of requesting individual updates, our partners can regularly receive detailed information on the factors affecting their Security Index and take immediate action to improve it."
Clear recommendations for operators
The Security Index Reports are designed to help casino operators understand the elements that affect their rating on Casino Guru. The reports consider factors such as unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions, and other practices that could impact player security.
When an issue is identified, the report explains Casino Guru's stance and offers practical steps for operators to address it. Following these recommendations and the Fair Play Codex can help casinos improve their Security Index and their ranking in Casino Guru’s casino listings. More than 700 casinos have already improved their conditions and reputation thanks to these recommendations.
More transparent communication with partners
This new feature is part of Casino Guru's broader approach to fair play and open communication with its casino partners. Although reports were already available in Casino Guru's affiliate model, automation became necessary as the network grew, which includes hundreds of partners representing numerous casino brands.
Dolný added: "We aimed to establish a continuous feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time. These reports make collaboration between our partners and us more focused and efficient."
Casino Guru plans to continue enhancing the Automatic Security Index Reports based on feedback from its partners. Future updates may include the option to request an instant report and receive it in a few minutes.
