Luke Cotton is the COO at Code Red Esports. He began his career in esports in 2005. Between 2006 and 2007, he served as Head of Content at Geeksnet / TGBF TV before transitioning to the role of General Manager at Epsilon eSports. From 2007 to 2011, he handled public relations at QuadV and managed projects at St George Group.In 2011, Cotton co-founded Trifecta Media. From July 2012 to December 2014, he was with Paddy Power, where he was responsible for affiliate marketing and mobile platforms. Between December 2014 and June 2018, he held leadership positions at Digital Fuel Marketing, overseeing analytics and affiliate operations for brands in the betting and casino industries.Since November 2016, Cotton has been the Chief Operating Officer at Code Red Esports.
