About the Role
We need an experienced team lead who knows how to scale traffic through Telegram Ads and build a team of buyers from scratch. The responsibilities include managing the team, scaling combinations, finding new approaches, controlling KPIs, and building procurement and testing processes. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Telegram Ads is required, and experience with schematic traffic is a must; experience with LATAM geo will be a plus. This is a fully remote position, and team leads with their own teams are also considered.
