Motion Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer with a strong Graphic Design background to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and brand initiatives while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Create motion creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and advertising platforms.
• Develop animated banners, promotional videos, and video ads.
• Animate existing brand assets and create new motion design concepts.
• Design static creatives for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Produce visual materials for events, presentations, and special projects.
• Work with typography, composition, and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Adapt creative materials for various formats, platforms, and advertising channels.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SMM, and PR teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts and visual ideas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer.
• 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Portfolio showcasing both motion design and graphic design projects.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software.
• Character animation skills.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and Figma.
