We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs and Policy Manager to strengthen our team in this crucial area. Under the supervision of the Secretary General, this role involves monitoring, analyzing, and influencing the EGBA's response to EU and national regulatory developments affecting the online gaming sector, with a particular focus on national regulation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analysis of legislative and regulatory developments, both from the EU and its member states. This includes the EU law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
  • Developing policy positions, reports, and advocacy materials to support the EGBA's engagement with national regulators, governments, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing a portfolio of regulatory files, including infringement procedures of EU laws, policy studies, public consultations, and regulatory surveys.
  • Coordinating internal committees and working groups, gathering input from members, aligning positions, and fostering collaboration on shared regulatory priorities.
  • Representing the EGBA at meetings, workshops, and industry forums at the national level.
  • Contributing to the communications of the EGBA, including position papers and reports.

Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or policy analysis is required, preferably within a trade association, regulatory body, or corporate environment. A university degree in law, political science, or another related area is essential, along with a strong understanding of EU law. Experience in online gaming regulation is highly desirable.

Benefits Offered

A central role in shaping regulatory outcomes for the online gaming sector in Europe. The opportunity to work on high-impact files with direct relevance to the industry and policies. Additionally, a collaborative working environment in Brussels, a competitive salary, benefits, and flexible work arrangements are offered.

Start Date and Contract Type

Permanent full-time position to start as soon as possible. Candidates must have the right to work in Belgium. Applications are now closed: the deadline was Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
