Western Sahara

No functioning national gambling regulator exists for the territory. Western Sahara is a disputed, non-self-governing territory — the bulk of it is administered by Morocco (which extends its state gambling monopolies, MDJS for sports betting/lottery and the Ministry of Interior for casino licensing, in principle to the areas it controls, though no licensed casinos or MDJS retail infrastructure are documented there), while the Polisario Front/SADR administers a smaller strip and refugee camps in Algeria with no gambling framework of any kind. Note: several offshore websites market 'Western Sahara' or 'SADR' gaming licenses (e.g. a 'Western Sahara Management and Advisory Corporation' or 'Central Reserve Authority') — these are private commercial licensing services, not government bodies recognized by any state or international authority, and should not be treated as a genuine regulatory regime
