- Land-based mutual and fixed-odds sports betting (Totobola, Totogolo, Placard)
- Bingo halls (within casinos or under separate municipal concession)
Prohibited
- Casino gaming outside the designated concession gaming zones
- Unlicensed private lottery or betting pools
