Using SBC Connect for Ticket Management

SBC Summit delegates are required to download the SBC Connect app, available for both SBC Summit and Affiliate Leaders Summit, to manage ticket upgrades and event add-ons. The app serves as the central portal for:

• Upgrading tickets to higher access levels
• Securing Super Stage or Golden Circle seating
• Registering for Tech Academies
• Purchasing Party Passes for the closing event

Essential event information, such as the agenda, floor plan, and attendee messaging, is also managed within SBC Connect. Meetings can be arranged using the app and take place at designated lounges—CR1 for SBC Summit and F741 for Affiliate Leaders Summit.

Ticket Upgrade Options: From Expo to VIP

The ticketing model for SBC Summit Lisbon is structured for incremental access. Attendees who initially booked a free Expo Pass can choose to upgrade for broader access:
