Accessing these advantages will improve our technological capability and accelerate our product ambitions, especially in our unique media and tote offering."
BetMakers will provide Tabcorp access to new technological capabilities, allowing rapid advancement in their products and services. The combination of BetMakers' business with Tabcorp's rights, content, and customer relationships is seen as a differentiated offering that will unlock growth and provide attractive financial returns.

The merger of Tabcorp's rights, content, and relationships with BetMakers' betting B2B platforms and services will create a more comprehensive and appealing global offering for our customers and an exciting future for our people."
Approval Process and Next Steps
Although BetMakers' board has unanimously recommended the acquisition, the final transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. If approved, the acquisition is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2027.
