Currently, Oklahoma maintains a ban on legal sports betting, with Governor Kevin Stitt opposing tribal efforts to expand gaming laws. The Choctaw Nation hopes for legislative changes in 2027, and the app could help them amass a user base in anticipation of legal betting.
