Vacancy: Regulatory and Policy Manager at EGBA
EGBA is seeking a regulatory and policy specialist to manage the portfolio of dossiers and engage with national and European authorities.
The European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), based in Brussels, represents leading online gambling operators licensed and regulated in the EU. EGBA is currently looking for a Regulatory and Policy Manager to strengthen its team.
Main Responsibilities
In this position, you will need to monitor, analyze, and formulate EGBA’s position in response to changes in EU legislation and national regulations, particularly those affecting online gambling. Duties include managing a portfolio of dossiers, including checks for violations of EU laws, research, and consultations.
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory changes at the EU level and in member states.
- Developing policy positions and materials for engaging with regulators.
- Coordinating EGBA’s internal committees and working groups to align positions.
Career Development
The Manager will represent EGBA at meetings and forums, as well as participate in creating informational materials. You will have the opportunity to directly participate in shaping regulatory outcomes in the European gambling market.
Candidate Profile
A background of 3-5 years in regulation or policy analysis is required. A university degree in law or a related field is essential, along with a good knowledge of EU legislation.
