Bragg Gaming Reports Financials: Q2 2026 Shows Mixed Results
Bragg Gaming announces a dip in revenue but highlights growth in North American markets and strategic restructuring.

Bragg Gaming Group recently released its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, revealing a 12% decline in revenue compared to the same period in 2025. The company's revenue totaled €22.9 million, with changes across various markets influencing this outcome.
Revenue Performance
The decline in revenue from €26.1 million in the previous year was primarily due to an anticipated roll-off of legacy contracts affecting the Netherlands. However, there was noteworthy growth in proprietary content revenue in North America, with a 44% year-over-year increase. This was a positive contrast compared to the flat performance in Brazil, where operators shifted towards direct supplier integrations.
Financial Highlights
Despite facing a decline in revenue, Bragg managed to improve its operating loss by €400,000 year-on-year to €1.9 million. The net loss, however, increased to €2.9 million from €1.8 million in the previous year. One stable point was the Adjusted EBITDA, which remained at €3.5 million, maintaining a 15% margin, up from 13% in the prior year. This margin improvement was attributed to savings from workforce reductions and favorable changes in bad debt provisions.
Strategic Moves and Market Expansion
Bragg's strategic efforts included expanding operator relationships in Europe and entering the new Alberta igaming market. They signed an agreement with Belgium's 711 and supported Super Technologies in Greece.
On July 13, following the quarter end, Bragg went live in Alberta, offering more than 80 titles. Furthermore, on July 22, the company acquired Drayton International for $9 million in shares, marking a significant expansion in their gaming technology and content platform.
Leadership Changes and Future Directions
The appointment of Matt Davey as Non-Executive Chairman brings new strategic direction. Davey highlighted Bragg’s valuable assets and the need for streamlining operations and cost reduction. His investment reflects confidence in the company's potential despite the current financial challenges.
The company also appointed Jordan Gnat to its Board, bringing 30 years of leadership experience, enhancing their strategic capabilities.
Withdrawal of 2026 Guidance
Due to the integration of Drayton International and insufficient operating history of the combined entity, Bragg withdrew its 2026 financial guidance. Previously, the company was tracking below expectations for revenue but was on track for Adjusted EBITDA margins. The focus now shifts to integration and optimization of the combined businesses.
Outlook
Bragg is hosting an investor conference call to further discuss these developments. The company aims to restructure for improved financial health, streamline operations and continue growth in North American markets.
These measures underscore Bragg's commitment to aligning its strategic initiatives with market demands and operational efficiency.
