From 2011 to 2014, he managed teams at StarTale organization and worked in the digital marketing service hibu.In January 2014, Banks founded BanKs Esports agency. The company specializes in consulting for brands, talent management, and media content production for the gaming industry. From 2014 to 2017, he also worked at Prospect Estate Agents and Explore Group companies.
