  • Operating any casino, gaming venue or betting outlet without a GCGRA licence (criminal offence, Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2021, Art. 462)
  • Private or informal gambling and betting
  • Unlicensed gaming machines or slot machines
  • Gambling by minors
