Gambling is regulated separately at the entity level: the Federal Ministry of Finance / Tax Administration in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), and the Republic Administration for Games of Chance (Republička uprava za igre na sreću) under the Ministry of Finance in Republika Srpska (RS), with a further regime in Brčko District.
